Human Resources
Our Human Resources Core Principles
Against the management approach that sees people as a resource, our Human Resources Unit views people as a value, representing a people-focused approach. Accordingly, our priority is based on understanding people and their expectations. The main purpose of our unit is to respond to employees' economic and social expectations and to provide a safe working environment for our employees.
- The basis of our Human Resources selection and placement policy relies on the principle of "merit and competence".
- Employee selection is made according to job requirements and competency analyses, rather than defining jobs based on Human Resources headcount.
- In addition to employees' in-house seniority, their seniority outside the institution is also taken into consideration.
- In selection and placement, in addition to the educational background of the candidate/personnel, their interests and skills relevant to the defined jobs are also taken into account.
- Continuous development is essential to adapt to changing conditions and sustain the institution's successful track record. Our employees' knowledge, motivation and teamwork form the cornerstones of our success. We regard developing our employees, in parallel with our institution's continuous development, as our most important value.
- Our institution applies an effective and objective performance evaluation system in which goals, work results and personal competencies are considered together. This system allows managers and employees to share mutual expectations and enables the use of concrete, measurable criteria in performance evaluation.
- Bearing in mind that every job and duty belongs to MÜSİAD, a new relationship and communication framework is established between units to enable competent collaboration.
