Esteemed Members of the Press,
I greet you with respect and reverence…
We feel great pleasure at opening the new service building of our MÜSİAD. I wish that our new service building may be auspicious for Düzce and for all our brothers and sisters who continue their work in Düzce.
On this occasion, may God be pleased with the esteemed members of our Düzce branch, with our esteemed branch president and with all our members who laboured and strove for our new building to come into service. We thank the entire MÜSİAD Family for their contributions.
Dear friends,
The foundations of our MÜSİAD, which is a “family hearth” for us, were laid exactly 34 years ago with the abundance of the lands of Anatolia, and thanks be to God, this abundance has multiplied and spread with each passing day.
MÜSİAD, whose name has almost become identified with the sweat of the brow, set out with the aim of opening the power of Anatolia to the world and strengthening local development. From that day to this, it continues its march for the cause of civilization.
That is why, as MÜSİAD, every single meeting we hold in Anatolia, to which our roots are firmly bound, is very precious for us…
For 34 years, under the roof of MÜSİAD, we have carried out many beneficial works both for our country and for our people. While carrying the strength we draw from Anatolia to the four corners of the world, we have never compromised on our ideals or on our essence.
While one of our feet has remained firmly bound to the lands of Anatolia, the other has been in the four corners of the world; it has always continued on its path with a business world mentality rising on the foundation of virtue, high morality and trust.
In this important cause of civilization that it pursues, MÜSİAD has stood by the one who is in the right, the one who labours and the one who strives. God willing, we will continue to carry this cause of civilization, which today reaches every corner of Anatolia and indeed of the world, to even greater heights.
And we will achieve this, as always, as “one and together”, God willing.
Esteemed Members of MÜSİAD,
As we all know very well, if being strong means having a say on the whole world stage in politics and diplomacy, then the way to it passes first of all through possessing economic power and economic independence.
And for this, it is necessary first and foremost to strengthen domestic production and to make it prevail at all times. As we as MÜSİAD have always emphasized, we must strengthen domestic production and support domestic production.
Only if there is domestic production will we be strong in the economy… And if we are strong in the economy, our country will grow stronger and will have a greater say as a global political actor.
What will make us strong is, above all, our being “one and together”. Not you, I, he; only if we become “We” can we bring out our own strength. Only if we are “we” can no power stand before us and can we become the true holders of the word.
In short, we must always believe in the strength and might of “THE POWER OF WE”…
Esteemed MÜSİAD Family,
Over the course of 34 years, without compromising on our principles, we have both increased our activities and expanded our organization. As of today, thanks be to God, we have become the most widely organized civil society organization of Türkiye.
Today MÜSİAD continues its successful work with great determination at its 84 points at home, with a membership exceeding 14 thousand. In addition, from the east to the west of the world, we serve our members in a total of 84 countries through a global network of up to 180 contact offices. God willing, we will carry this number higher in the coming periods.
MÜSİAD is the result of a return to the essence and of the desire to seek one's roots. The founding of MÜSİAD is the sprouting and the taking root of the understanding of the Medina Market in these lands.
Under the roof of MÜSİAD, we have carried out many beneficial works both for our country and for our people. While carrying the strength we draw from Anatolia to the four corners of the world, we have never compromised on our ideals or on our essence.
I pray to God Almighty that the leaven of wisdom which the men of the heart instilled in Anatolia may, as it has been until today, always be a means of our unity and our well-being from now on as well.
Esteemed Members of MÜSİAD,
I thank all those devoted to MÜSİAD, from our founding cadre to our newest member, who have laboured for our MÜSİAD to reach these days. I pray for God's mercy upon those who have passed away.
MÜSİAD has come to these days with faith, with love for the cause and with patience. God willing, we will shape its future together as well, by working day and night, with determination, with God's permission.
As I conclude my words, I wish that the new service building of our Düzce branch may bring blessings to our community, and I greet you all with respect and reverence.
