IMPORTANT NOTES

- Due to pandemic conditions, in order for health checks to be carried out and hall precautions to be taken, those who will attend the meeting must, through the registration link sent by e-mail and SMS, by 13.00 on Friday, 10 September 2021, without fail complete their registration.

- Entrances to the Congress Center will be made from the Main Entrance Floor or the car park floors (B6-B7). In accordance with the coronavirus outbreak measures, a negative PCR test check will be carried out at the entrances by the health team of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. Within this framework, all participants, even if they have been vaccinated, must have a PCR test taken at most 24 hours before the meeting (dated 10 September), send the test result as a PDF via WhatsApp to the number +905078150576 by 23:00 on Friday, 10 September and present the negative PCR test at the entrance. If there is no negative PCR test, attendance at the program will absolutely not be permitted.

- Badges may be obtained from the entrances of the Congress Center. The attendance lists will be signed by the members next to the meeting hall on floor B2, where the General Assembly will be held.

- Due to security measures, registration procedures and entrances to the building will end at 12.00. We remind you to take into account the traffic congestion that may occur because it is a weekend and because of the security measures.

- In order to reach the İstanbul Congress Center car park (the all-day car park usage fee is TRY 25), it is recommended that directions be obtained by searching for ICC Otopark on navigation.
