The Ministry of Trade has published a communiqué on Amending the Communiqué on Goods Subject to Export Ban and Prior Permission. The communiqué entered into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette dated 2 May 2020.
“The Ministry of Trade's 'Communiqué on Amending the Communiqué on Goods Subject to Export Ban and Prior Permission' has entered into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette dated 2 May 2020.
Accordingly, the requirement to obtain prior permission from the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency for the export of ventilators, ecmo, oxygen concentrators, ventilator consumables, patient circuits, cannulas, intubation tubes and intensive care monitors placed on the market under the Medical Device Regulation has been abolished.
In addition, the Ministry of Trade's 'Communiqué on Goods Subject to Export Registration', published in the Official Gazette dated 2 May 2020, has also entered into force.
Accordingly, ethyl alcohol, cologne, disinfectant and hydrogen peroxide will be able to be exported without registration or permission.
