MÜSİAD Textile, Leather and Ready-Made Clothing Sector Board Chairman Fatih Canpolat and the Accompanying Delegation Carried Out a Multifaceted Business Trip to Uzbekistan. In the Program, Consultation Meetings with the Region's Leading Business People, a Visit to the MÜSİAD Uzbekistan Branch, Member Visits and Institutional Visits Were Carried Out, and Participation in the TFT Expo 2024 Fair Was Also Ensured.
In the first stage of the program, consultations were held with the region's leading business people on subjects such as the state of trade in the region, sectoral problems and proposed solutions. Subsequently, market visits were carried out and talks were held with the relevant customers. A city tour was made in Tashkent, and a dinner was held with the region's leading business people during which a friendly conversation took place.
In the next stage of the program, institutional visits were paid. First of all, a visit was paid to the Republic of Türkiye Ambassador to Tashkent, Olgan Bekar, and the Republic of Türkiye Commercial Counsellor in Tashkent, Ahmet Melih Horata. During the visit, consultations were held on the regional state of trade, problems and proposed solutions. Subsequently, a visit was paid to the MÜSİAD Uzbekistan Branch. A meeting was held with MÜSİAD Uzbekistan Branch President Serdar Kelebek and the branch board members. Following the meeting, a visit was paid to the TFT Expo 2024 Fair, in which MÜSİAD members also took part.
In the next stage of the program, visits were paid to the members of the MÜSİAD Uzbekistan Branch at their workplaces. Following these visits, an institutional visit was paid to the Governor of the Namangan Region of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Abdurazzoqov. Consultations were held with Governor Abdurazzoqov on subjects such as the state of the sector in the region and commercial cooperation efforts. Following the meetings held, the program came to an end.
