The MÜSİAD Machinery Sector and 1773 İTÜ Technopark signed a cooperation protocol within the scope of projects covering professional development and incentives. The protocol was signed following the talks held under the leadership of MÜSİAD Board of Directors Member and Machinery Sector Board Chairman İsmail SOMALI, Deputy Chairman Enes BOZKUR, Vice Chairman Murat ÇIRAY and İTÜ 1773 Technopark Board of Directors Deputy Chairman and General Manager Prof. Dr. Bülent GÜLOĞLU.

In the talks, the details concerning joint projects and collaborations between the two institutions were addressed. This cooperation is regarded as an important step both in the machinery sector and in the academic field. It is aimed that the projects to be carried out within the scope of the protocol will increase professional development and incentives in the sector and thereby contribute to the training of a qualified workforce.

Scope of the cooperation:

- Professional Development: Projects aimed at increasing the knowledge and skills of professionals in the sector through training programmes, seminars and workshops.

- Incentives: Various incentive and grant programmes to support innovation and R&D work.

Regarding the signing of the protocol, MÜSİAD Machinery Sector Board Chairman İsmail SOMALI said: “This cooperation is an important step towards increasing the accumulated knowledge in the sector and encouraging the development of new technologies.
