Through the EU Young Worker Mobility programme, MÜSİAD brought its branch managers together on a journey of organizational and personal development.
Between 11-15 November 2024, the MÜSİAD Head Office hosted a comprehensive training programme for MÜSİAD Branch managers within the scope of the EU Young Worker Mobility programme. The programme included various training sessions, workshops and cultural activities aimed at contributing to the organizational and personal development of the participants.
During the training process, the focus was on areas such as organizational structuring, sustainable finance, budgeting, corporate communication, stakeholder relations and digital literacy. In addition, sessions were held on skills of critical importance in the business world such as entrepreneurship, international relations and social media management. Another important element of the programme was the cultural and social activities encouraging the participants' teamwork and cooperation.
