The “Basic Financial Management Training”, organized by the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association (MÜSİAD) Education, Culture and Publications Commission, aims, through the treatment of the basic concepts relating to finance and the economy, to teach participants the concepts they will need in order to be able to display the right attitude and behaviour and to take the right decisions on the financial matters that may be encountered on three bases: the individual, the family and the enterprise.

The training, for which the application deadline is 12 January, will be held on 20 January. At the end of the training, which is planned as face-to-face over 1 day/6 hours, participants will be given a certificate. The training fee is TRY 2,000 + VAT.

Our trainers:

Tan Haskol: He was born in İzmir in 1985. He completed his bachelor's degree in the Department of Business Administration at Dokuz Eylül University. He finished his master's programme in the Department of Intelligence Studies at the National Defence University. He holds Capital Markets Level-3, derivative instruments and corporate governance licences. He took part in the establishment and organization of various portfolio management companies and served in different positions such as portfolio manager, fund manager and chairman of the board of directors. Today he serves as a founding partner of the venture named Datakapital and as a director at 24 Portföy Yönetim Şirketi A.Ş.

 

Prof. Dr. İsmail Uluocak: He was born in İstanbul in 1981. After graduating from Sultanbeyli İmam Hatip High School, he completed his higher education at Trakya University, Anadolu University and Marmara University respectively. He carried out his master's and doctoral studies in the field of Business Administration and Cooperatives. After serving as chairman of the board of directors of Metropol Eğitim Kooperatifi, founded in 2009, he served as Finance and Marketing Manager within the franchising company MBM Group and has continued his academic and professional working life since 2014 at American Metropolitan University, with training in the stock exchange, business administration and cooperatives. At the same time, he continues to serve as deputy chairman of the MÜSİAD Financial Services, Consultancy and Education Sector Board.
