The MÜSİAD delegation headed by Abdülkadir Sıcakyüz, Chairman of the Export Development Commission of the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association (MÜSİAD), came together with Salahedden Alkasah, Consul General of Libya in İstanbul, and Şerzod Abdunazarov, First Secretary of Uzbekistan in İstanbul.
MÜSİAD Export Development Commission Chairman Abdülkadir Sıcakyüz and Commission Vice Chairman Halit Kerim came together with Salahedden Alkasah, Consul General of Libya in İstanbul, and Commercial Attaché Osama Saif El Nasr. At the meeting, information was given and views were exchanged on the MÜSİAD Libya Branch Opening and Business Trip planned to be held in March.
At the said meeting, the areas of cooperation and joint work that could be established with the Libyan Ministry of Trade and Economy, the Libyan Ministry of Industry and the General Authority for Investment Promotion and Privatization Affairs regarding the business trip were discussed.
Within the scope of the meeting held during the visit, the areas open to investment in Libya were also touched upon, and potential opportunities in the industry, food, health, petrochemicals, construction and building materials, tourism and services sectors were discussed.
Türkiye-Uzbekistan commercial relations were evaluated
The MÜSİAD delegation, which also came together with Şerzod Abdunazarov, First Secretary of Uzbekistan in İstanbul, held consultations on the Uzbekistan Business Trip planned for May.
At the meeting, the development of the commercial relations between the two countries and the facilitations that could be implemented for business people were discussed.
MÜSİAD Export Development Commission Members Dilek Yurtseven and Onur Gül were also present at the visits to the İstanbul missions of Libya and Uzbekistan.
