As the MÜSİAD Energy and Environment Sector Board, participation was provided in the International Zero Waste Forum 2026, organized by the Zero Waste Foundation on 5-6-7 June.
The forum, which began with the opening speech of Zero Waste Foundation Honorary President Ms. Emine Erdoğan and was held under the theme “The Road to Antalya: Zero Waste as Climate Action”, hosted an important global gathering in line with the goals of combating climate change, the efficient use of resources and a sustainable future.
At the High-Level Energy Dialogue Meeting held within the scope of the organization, which was attended by representatives from 183 countries, the topics of energy security, efficiency and environmental sustainability were addressed.
At the meeting, it was emphasized that energy efficiency plays a critical role in terms of protecting the environment and increasing economic resilience, while it was expressed that global transformation would be possible through strong cooperation and innovative technologies.
As the MÜSİAD Energy and Environment Sector Board, it was stated that contributions to work focused on sustainability, resource efficiency and the environment would continue with the goal of a more liveable world.
