The MÜSİAD Japan Branch was opened with the participation of Türkiye’s Ambassador to Tokyo Korkut Güngen, MÜSİAD Vice President Davut Altunbaş and our members.

The Japan Branch of the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association (MÜSİAD) has been opened.

The MÜSİAD delegation headed by MÜSİAD Vice President Davut Altunbaş, who was in Tokyo within the scope of the Türkiye-Japan Business Trip, held a series of contacts that also brought together the Turkish and Japanese business worlds.

Within the framework of the program, the MÜSİAD delegation first visited Türkiye’s Ambassador to Tokyo Korkut Güngen and held consultations on regional trade and business opportunities.

The MÜSİAD Japan Branch Opening Program was then held with the participation of Ambassador to Tokyo Korkut Güngen, MÜSİAD Vice President Davut Altunbaş and our members.

The MÜSİAD delegation then came together with officials of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

At the program, a MoU cooperation agreement was also signed between MÜSİAD and the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

At the end of the talks, which addressed bilateral commercial relations, areas of cooperation and regional business and investment opportunities, an Orphan Sponsorship Certificate was presented to the Japanese officials.

MÜSİAD Vice President Davut Altunbaş shared information about the Orphan Sponsorship Project, which MÜSİAD carries out and which covers work aimed at orphans.

Within the framework of the Türkiye-Japan Business Trip, the Türkiye-Japan Business Development Meeting and B2B Program were held in cooperation with the Japan External Trade Organization.

At the program, Turkish and Japanese business people came together and held consultations on regional business and investment opportunities.

Sharing his assessments regarding the event, MÜSİAD Vice President Davut Altunbaş stated that the MÜSİAD Japan Branch will add strength to regional and global trade.

At the end of the Türkiye-Japan Business Development Meeting and B2B Program, held with intense participation, an Orphan Sponsorship Certificate was presented to the officials of the Japan External Trade Organization and information about the project was shared.

The MÜSİAD Japan Branch Gala Program, which brought together representatives of the Turkish and Japanese business worlds, was organized under the hosting of Branch President Ümit Karaağaç with the participation of Türkiye’s Ambassador to Tokyo Korkut Güngen.

At the event, touches of Turkish and Japanese culture were brought together with the guests.

Within the scope of the MÜSİAD Japan program, MÜSİAD International Organization Commission Chairman Selim Sar, MÜSİAD Diplomatic Relations Commission Chairman Osman Nuri Önügören, MÜSİAD Export Development Commission Chairman Ahmet Cihaner and MÜSİAD International Organization Commission Vice Chairman Mustafa Yücel held contacts in the region.
