The MÜSİAD Logistics Sector Board paid a visit to the İzmir Branch within the scope of the Anatolian Visits. The delegation headed by Logistics Sector Board Chairman Mehmet Metin Korkmaz held consultations with İzmir MÜSİAD members following a series of meetings in İzmir.
After an introductory meeting was held at MÜSİAD İzmir with Branch President Gökhan Temur and the accompanying delegation, a number of contacts were made regarding the future of the logistics sector. Information was obtained about the logistics opportunities in the city and an exchange of ideas was held about the steps that need to be taken. Visiting the Kemalpaşa Logistics Centre in İzmir, the delegation held consultations about areas of joint cooperation.
Subsequently, it visited Yağcılar Holding and the Ankara Ağır Vasıta company. After the Sector Board was given information about the work carried out in the city, new projects were discussed. At the Branch, the processes concerning Kemalpaşa, Aliağa and İzmir Port were discussed with Aegean Customs and Foreign Trade Regional Director Enver Kök and the accompanying delegation. Finally, a visit was paid to Özmutlubaşlar Otomotiv.
An Orphan Sponsorship Certificate was presented to Logistics Sector Board Chairman Mehmet Metin Korkmaz, Aegean Customs and Foreign Trade Director Enver Kök and İzmir MÜSİAD Branch President Gökhan Temur.
