The MÜSİAD professional staff successfully completed a one-week training programme in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, within the scope of the Erasmus Youth Accreditation supported by the Turkish National Agency.
The programme aimed to provide participants with knowledge and skills on critical subjects such as communication, project management and sustainable development goals. In the programme, which had an intensive training content, participants had the opportunity to reinforce their theoretical knowledge through practical work in interactive sessions given by expert trainers.
During the training process, subjects of great importance in today's world such as global warming, leadership and effective communication were addressed. While the participants experienced active learning through group work and workshop activities, they also had the chance to exchange ideas in an international environment. This programme, which is a great gain for MÜSİAD's young professionals, has laid the ground for the development of similar training projects in the future.
