A meaningful and highly attended programme was held at Muş Alparslan University by the MÜSİAD Women Entrepreneurs Support Commission with the aim of supporting women's entrepreneurship, bringing young people into the entrepreneurship ecosystem and increasing the sharing of experience.

This important gathering, realized at the invitation of Young MÜSİAD Muş, was a strong sharing of experience and a bridge of hearts extending from İstanbul to Muş. Important messages were given to the effect that women's entrepreneurship should be strengthened not only in big cities but in every region of Türkiye. MÜSİAD Women Entrepreneurs Support Commission Chairwoman Ayşe Akgül Can, Vice Chairwoman Miraç Evin and Canan Özpınar, who has undertaken important work in the business world with her entrepreneurial identity, took part in the programme as panellists. In the programme, which attracted intense interest with the participation of the Rector of Muş Alparslan University and the President of Young MÜSİAD Muş in addition to university students, many important topics were addressed, such as women's entrepreneurship, leadership, sustainable success in the business world, the importance of strong communication networks and the preparation of young people for entrepreneurial processes.

Within the scope of the Power Born of Labour; Women's Entrepreneurship Programme, the speakers shared examples from their own entrepreneurial journeys and made assessments on the difficulties, opportunities and experiences encountered in business life. Attention was drawn in particular to the importance that directing young people towards production, entrepreneurship and innovative thinking carries for our country's economic development. It was also emphasized that this visit made from İstanbul was especially valuable in terms of establishing direct contact with young people in different cities and carrying the transfer of experience into the field.

In her speech, MÜSİAD Women Entrepreneurs Support Commission Chairwoman Ayşe Akgül Can stated that “the strengthening of women's presence in economic life is not only an individual success but at the same time carries strategic value in terms of social development.” She noted that as MÜSİAD they will continue to produce projects supporting women entrepreneurs and to come together with young people in different cities of Türkiye.

In the programme, important assessments were also shared on the effect of building the right network on career and entrepreneurial processes, the contribution of strong business relations to sustainable success, and the added value created by women entrepreneurs in the business world. The programme, which was followed with interest by the participants, continued interactively with a question-and-answer session.

This gathering, held by the MÜSİAD Women Entrepreneurs Support Commission, became an important platform for strengthening young people's entrepreneurial vision, increasing women's effectiveness in the business world and establishing a strong bond of affection with young people in Anatolia.

The programme came to an end with the presentation of gifts commemorating the day and a group photograph.
