The "Regional Member Meetings Program", lasting two days on 16–17 December 2025, was held by the MÜSİAD Women Entrepreneurs Support Commission. The program, held under the hosting of the MÜSİAD Gaziantep Branch, was completed with the intense participation of MÜSİAD member women entrepreneurs coming from all four corners of Türkiye.

On the first day of the program, protocol visits were carried out together with the women entrepreneur members who came to Gaziantep. Within this scope, Gaziantep Governor Kemal ÇEBER, Metropolitan Mayor Fatma ŞAHİN and TOBB Gaziantep Women Entrepreneurs Board Chairwoman Ayşen AHİ were visited, and consultations were held on women’s entrepreneurship, local development and the representation of women in the business world.

Following the protocol visits, the opening speech of the program held at the Gaziantep Branch Building was delivered by Ayşe AKGÜL CAN, Chairwoman of the MÜSİAD Women Entrepreneurs Support Commission. Emphasizing that entrepreneurship is strengthened not by gender but by vision, courage and the will to produce, Akgül Can stated that women’s entrepreneurship is one of the fundamental elements of inclusive development.

Within the scope of the program, the 3T (Get to Know–Introduce–Do Trade) Program was also organized, providing cooperation and trade-oriented meetings among the members. Subsequently, an informative presentation on the roadmap of the Women Entrepreneurs Support Commission was delivered and the targets for the coming period were shared. The first day’s program ended with the gala dinner held at the Gaziantep Culinary Arts Centre with the participation of Gaziantep Metropolitan Deputy Mayor Zehra ÜNAL. The donation of saplings by the commission on behalf of everyone attending the gala dinner was appreciated by the members and the deputy mayor.

On the second day of the program, the "Brand Journey in Anatolia; Woman’s Touch – Experience Sharing Program" was held. Metropolitan Mayor Fatma Şahin and Marmara Research Centre President Prof. Dr. Burcu Özsoy took part as speakers in the program.

Metropolitan Mayor Fatma Şahin stated that human capital is the greatest investment and expressed that a culture of doing business based on trust, ethics and values shapes the future of cities and societies. Noting that the stronger inclusion of the female perspective in decision-making mechanisms makes important contributions to the development process, Şahin said that MÜSİAD’s founding philosophy offers a strong civil society structure supporting this understanding.

Prof. Dr. Burcu Özsoy, for her part, stated in her speech that the subject of "Brand Journey in Anatolia" is directly related to a city’s resilience. Expressing that Gaziantep has become a strong brand city with its cultural accumulation, women’s labour and visionary leadership, Özsoy emphasized that an understanding of leadership that is open to learning, value-oriented and sincere constitutes the foundation of sustainable success.

The two-day program ended with the presentation of gifts and a photo shoot.
