Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association (MÜSİAD) Vice President Soner Meşe and the accompanying MÜSİAD delegation held contacts in Karabük and Kastamonu.

MÜSİAD Vice President Soner Meşe, MÜSİAD Head of Domestic Organization Abdulsamet Temel and MÜSİAD Region 3 Coordinator Yaşar Kaymakçıoğlu came together with our members in Karabük and Kastamonu. At the meeting, where Anatolian Economic Diplomacy and the Year of Investment projection were discussed, Vice President Meşe emphasized that as MÜSİAD they want to expand the production and investment movement in Anatolia.

MÜSİAD Vice President Meşe used the following words in his statement:

"The Anatolian Production and Investment Movement, which we launched to encourage export-oriented production and investment in Anatolia, met with a response of TRY 20 billion in investment from our members in a short time. As our President Mahmut Asmalı has also stated, in the first stage we aim to raise this figure to TRY 25 billion and, again in the first stage, to create 25,000 new jobs. As MÜSİAD, we are shaping our work for the strong tomorrows of our country. Within this scope, we aim to generate more investment in 2022, which we declared the Year of Investment, by bringing the foreign ambassadors in our country together with our business people. By bringing ambassadors together with our industrialists at sectoral meetings, we contribute to commercial diplomacy and provide our business people with the opportunity for direct contact in international trade. Each of our cities is valuable in its own right and holds different beauties and opportunities. Kastamonu and Karabük also stand out with their potential in the field of production. Our goal is to carry our region's export figures much further. We trust our country, our cities and our Anatolian business people."
