The report published under the coordination of the MÜSİAD Education, Culture and Publication Commissions, written by Prof. Dr. Ömer Torlak, Prof. Dr. Şuayıp Özdemir and Asst. Prof. Dr. İzzet Gülşen, points to the problems of the food retailing sector, which has a very large market share in Türkiye, and offers solution proposals for them; the report addressed the transformation of retailing in Türkiye from its past to the present day.
