The Logistics Sector Consultation Meeting was held at the MÜSİAD Head Office building with the participation of MÜSİAD President Mahmut Asmalı. Making an assessment after the meeting, President Asmalı said: "Türkiye's strategic location provides our country with a great advantage in international trade. We are striving to make the best use of this opportunity."
The "Logistics Sector Consultation Meeting", organized under the coordination of the MÜSİAD Logistics Sector Board of the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association (MÜSİAD), was held at the MÜSİAD Head Office building with the participation of MÜSİAD President Mahmut Asmalı, sector representatives and members.
At the meeting, where developments concerning the logistics sector were addressed comprehensively, the present and the future of the logistics sector were evaluated. It was also decided at the meeting that the MÜSİAD Logistics Sector Board would assume a coordinating role in the new structure to be established for the development of the sector in the period ahead.
Making an assessment after the meeting, MÜSİAD President Mahmut Asmalı drew attention to the importance of Türkiye's strategic location and said: "Türkiye's strategic location provides our country with a great advantage in international trade. The meeting at the MÜSİAD Head Office was attended by representatives of the Association of International Forwarding and Logistics Service Providers (UTİKAD), the International Transporters Association (UND), the Railway Transporters Association (DTD), the İstanbul Customs Brokers Association (İGMD), the Turkish Cargo, Courier and Logistics Association (KARİD), the Turkish Transporters Association (TND), the Bonded Warehouse Operators Association (GAİD), the Heavy Transporters Association (AND), the Turkish Port Operators Association (TÜRKLİM) and the Logistics Sub-Working Group of the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TÜSİAD).
