MÜSİAD EXPO opened its doors for the 19th time at the TÜYAP İstanbul Fair and Congress Centre. Speaking at the opening programme, MÜSİAD President Mahmut Asmalı stated that they aim to create USD 5 billion in trade connections through MÜSİAD EXPO.
MÜSİAD EXPO, organized every two years by the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association (MÜSİAD), opened its doors for the 19th time at the TÜYAP İstanbul Fair and Congress Centre. Sharing his assessments at the MÜSİAD EXPO Opening Programme, MÜSİAD President Mahmut Asmalı stated that they have created a trade network uniting continents through MÜSİAD EXPO.
MÜSİAD will contribute to Türkiye's production and export target
Saying that they aim to establish USD 5 billion in trade connections through the fair, President Asmalı said, "We wish to carry Türkiye's production and export vision to a much more advanced level."
President Asmalı continued his remarks as follows:
"MÜSİAD EXPO, which opens its doors for the 19th time this year, has undertaken an important mission in realizing our country's 2023 targets. With MÜSİAD EXPO 2022 we wish to carry Türkiye's production and export vision to a much more advanced level. With the cooperation and the investment projection that will take place within the framework of MÜSİAD EXPO, we aim to be instrumental in approximately USD 5 billion in business connections."
At the fair, more than 100,000 visitors from 124 countries and qualified purchasing delegations from 60 countries will meet business people
President Asmalı also stated that throughout the fair, alongside more than 100,000 visitors from 124 countries, qualified purchasing delegations from 60 countries will come together with their counterparts.
President Asmalı said the following in his assessment:
"In coming together with qualified purchasing delegations, we have proceeded with a product- and service-oriented approach. By evaluating the requests coming from our members, we will bring our business people together directly with their counterparts in different product and service categories. We will be together with our visitors from 124 countries throughout the fair. In addition, we will host qualified purchasing delegations from 60 countries at our fair. We will be instrumental in the establishment of various forms of cooperation in both production and foreign trade processes."
