Believing that the development of society, the formation of a vision of civilization in the eyes of the people and the realization of economic development are directly proportional to developments in the field of culture and art, MÜSİAD is carrying out many activities under the roof of MÜSİAD ART.

In this context, most recently the theatre play titled "Miras" was brought together with theatre lovers. MÜSİAD President Abdurrahman Kaan, Board of Directors Members and a large audience attended the play, which was staged at the MÜSİAD Head Office.

Sharing his assessments after the play, President Kaan expressed the happiness he felt at hosting such a beautiful and meaningful event as MÜSİAD. Kaan added,
"Halal earnings and interest have also been among the topics of MÜSİAD's 30-year past. Bless you for presenting these by means of such a play."

Stating that as MÜSİAD they have concentrated on cultural and artistic activities in this new period, called the "Renewal Process", Kaan made the following assessment: " After moving into our new Head Office building we accelerated our culture and art activities. In this direction, we first brought Emire Konuk's "Now and Eternity Exhibition" together with art lovers in our foyer area. Later we held the opening of the "Reflections from Science to Art" exhibition, prepared in partnership with Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University in memory of Prof. Dr. Fuat Sezgin, and of the Mevlid-i Nebi Exhibition. Today we have also presented the "İz" Tile and Miniature Exhibition prepared by Kifayet Özkul to the appreciation of those interested. We have also opened our first activity in the field of theatre with our play titled Miras. As MÜSİAD, we believe that economic development is directly proportional to developments in the field of culture and art. In line with this vision, in the days ahead we will continue to bring works that tell of our own civilization and our values together with those who love them."

Bayram Gündoğdu, General Art Director of Tiyatro Roza, who directed the play and is among its actors, also said that they were happy to take the stage at MÜSİAD Art's first theatre event.

Gündoğdu expressed that with "Miras" they have reached thousands of people in many cities, primarily İstanbul, over approximately 2 years.

Pointing out that they aim to bring the play together with theatre lovers throughout Türkiye, Gündoğdu said: "We address the subject of halal earnings and interest. The scourge of interest is probably one of the greatest troubles of Muslims in a Muslim country. Perhaps it is also one of the fundamental causes of many of the difficulties we experience. In the play we try to convey that the things God has forbidden us have a consequence."

In the comedy play, along with Gündoğdu, Cemal Kırdar, Büşra Balıkçı, Harun Balıkçı, İsa Gölalan, Mustafa Çimen, Serap Bilgin, Ömer Gültekin and Nurullah Kacır take part.

The set design of "Miras", written by Ebru Aksakallı, bears the signature of Adnan Yılmaz, and the costume design that of Zuhal Gündoğdu.
