The Türkiye-Kazakhstan Business Forum, organized under the coordination of the MÜSİAD Export Development Commission and the MÜSİAD International Organization Commission, was held in the city of Almaty with the participation of Turkish and Kazakh business people.
Under the coordination of the Export Development Commission of the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association (MÜSİAD) and the MÜSİAD International Organization Commission, the Türkiye-Kazakhstan Business Forum was held in the city of Almaty in Kazakhstan.
At the programme organized with the participation of Turkish and Kazakh business people, MÜSİAD Export Development Commission Chairman Abdülkadir Sıcakyüz, MÜSİAD Diplomatic Relations Commission Chairman Osman Nuri Önügören and MÜSİAD International Organization Commission Vice Chairman Selim Sar were present.
On the first day of the event, the MÜSİAD delegation visited the Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Almaty, Ali Rıza Akıncı, and evaluated the importance of Kazakhstan in the commercial relations of the Eurasian region.
The MÜSİAD delegation then came together with Aytuar Koşmambetov, the Almaty Chairman of the Kazakhstan Chamber of Commerce ATAMEKEN, and held consultations on the areas of cooperation between MÜSİAD and ATAMEKEN. The visit also addressed MÜSİAD EXPO 2022 and the participation of Kazakh business people in the fair.
The MÜSİAD delegation continued its programme with a visit to Bakırcan Bulegenov, Head of the Almaty Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan. At the meeting, mutual investment opportunities and commercial developments were consulted on comprehensively
Within the scope of the programme, the MÜSİAD delegation also visited the Kazakhstan Regional Development Centre and held a comprehensive exchange of views with the Director of the Regional Development Centre, Cengiz Makashev, on the commercial relations between the two countries and the areas of cooperation.
The MÜSİAD delegation also came together at a dinner programme with Dr. Ömer Fatih Sayan, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Republic of Türkiye, who was in Kazakhstan.
On the second day of the Türkiye-Kazakhstan Business Forum programme, Turkish and Kazakh business people came together at the Ramada By Wyndham Hotel in Almaty.
The Türkiye-Kazakhstan Business Forum, which began with a recitation of the Holy Qur'an, continued with MÜİSAD Export Development Commission Chairman Abdülkadir Sıcakyüz, MÜSİAD Kazakhstan President Yılmaz Kesen and the protocol speeches.
While bilateral business meetings were held after the opening programme, Turkish and Kazakh business people held business development talks and shared information on their fields of activity.
The Türkiye-Kazakhstan Business Forum came to an end with the Gala Programme.
