Within the scope of the Eastern Anatolia Business Trip program, the MÜSİAD Agriculture, Food and Livestock Sector Board paid a visit to Governor of Muş of the Republic of Türkiye Mr. Avni Çakır at his office.
During the visit, comprehensive information was presented to our esteemed Governor about the work carried out by MÜSİAD as well as the activities of the Agriculture, Food and Livestock Sector Board, the projects realized and the targets for the coming period. In the meeting, the sector board's work on production, investment, exports and sustainable development was assessed, while views were exchanged on strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors.
Within the scope of the visit, our sector board members introduced themselves and their fields of activity and provided information about the work they carry out. Subsequently, comprehensive consultations were held on the current situation of Muş's agriculture, food and livestock sectors, its production potential, its investment opportunities and the projects that could contribute to the region's economic development.
At the meeting, the more effective utilization of the agricultural production capacity that Muş possesses, increasing value-added production, improving the investment climate and the cooperation that could be established between sector representatives and public institutions were addressed. Mutual assessments were carried out on joint work that would contribute to regional development.
The visit, which took place in a sincere and productive atmosphere, ended after the sharing of mutual expressions of goodwill with the MÜSİAD Agriculture, Food and Livestock Sector Board presenting a Certificate to our esteemed Governor Avni Çakır as a memento of the day.
