ABOUT MÜSİAD

The Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association (MÜSİAD) is a “Businessmen’s Association” founded in İstanbul on 9 May 1990 by conscientious business people who set out with the dream of a Türkiye where right and law, justice and equality, peace and trust, prosperity and happiness prevail; where local and universal values that have become part of history and society are upheld; a Türkiye that is united within itself, influential in its region in the economic and political spheres, and respected in the world.

It is a strong “Civil Society Organization” holding the status of an “association working for the public benefit”, which has become an exemplary centre of education, guidance and consultancy for the business world as well as for other segments of society, which bases its practices and activities on professional thinking, and which shares its intellectual accumulation openly.

MÜSİAD’S MISSION

MÜSİAD’s mission, as a businessmen’s association acting independently and non-aligned at the national and international level, is to increase the number of members who share its predetermined principles and values, to develop solidarity among its members, and to contribute to the material and moral development of our country through the spirit of unity and togetherness it has established within itself.
